For an urgent operational issue
Include the following so the issue can be investigated safely:
- business name;
- relevant order reference;
- approximate incident time;
- a screenshot, where it is safe to share one;
- the expected behaviour; and
- the actual behaviour.
Do not email passwords, MoMo PINs, card PINs, one-time codes, account credentials, Twilio secrets, Supabase secrets, or Meta secrets. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots where possible.
